Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Here’s some helpful information about returns and refunds, if (on the very remote chance) our products aren’t what you expected.
If you receive your Cali Lashes and you’re not completely and utterly in love with them, you have 30 days to return your product for a full refund or exchange.
Please email us at email@example.com within that 30 day period to organise a return, or to voice any questions or concerns. We promise our friendly team will remain friendly, even if they’re having a bad day.
To be eligible for a return, your lashes must be unused and in their original packaging. Please don’t take them for a test run the night before.
When you’re willing to say goodbye, send your item to 304/26 Rokeby Street, Collingwood, VIC 3066, VIC, 3066, Australia.
You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs, and these are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an order over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, because as 2020 has proven, the world is a little unpredictable.
Once your return is received and inspected by our team of well-lashed detectives, we will send you an email to let you know we’ve got it, and we’re onto it.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. This may take a few days, depending on who you bank with.
Late or missing refunds — blame the bank!
If you haven’t received a refund, check your bank account again.
If that should fail, contact your credit card company, because they might be the ones to blame here.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted and they will be able to explain this to you.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, and sale items cannot.
We only replace items if they are damaged in some way, not because you changed your mind.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and mail your item to: 304/26 Rokeby Street, Collingwood, VIC 3066, VIC, 3066, Australia.
If the item was marked as a ‘gift’ when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to your inbox or letterbox.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he or she will be notified of your return.
